Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Within South Africa:
We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa using Courier Guy. We strive to process and dispatch all domestic orders as soon as payment is confirmed.
Shipping Costs (Domestic):
- For orders a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on the order size and delivery location.
Shipping Times (Domestic):
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather or courier delays. However, we aim to minimize any disruptions and process orders promptly.
International Shipping (Outside South Africa):
We now offer international shipping for Konica Minolta consumables to select countries outside South Africa.

International orders are shipped via reputable international couriers (e.g., Courier Guy, FedEx), depending on the destination and best available service.

Shipping Costs (International):
- Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Chosen shipping method
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the shipping cost. These may be charged by your local customs authority upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Times (International):
- Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
